I did a little silkscreening when I lived in Santa Barbara. My first design, by the way, was a Billy Idol album cover halftone. It took a few tries to figure out the exposure, but I finally got it. I made one for my nephew (he was about 7 at the time) and Billy Idol autographed it at the concert in St. Louis. I recently discovered <a href="http://ezscreenprint.com/" rel="nofollow">these handy-looking things</a>. Can anyone comment? It looks like they're taking the goopy and drying parts out of the process and taking you straight to the exposure stage. I used the TR header image, and it almost worked! The first three letters were overexposed, but the 'robot' part looked great! Will try again soon.
