Awesome mike. What are the details? (interval in seconds, initial image size and compression, how compiled into video, etc)

About 4 secs / pic. (The CHDK script I have does 2+ secs / pic if everything is adjusted perfectly, but I accidentally left the ’2 second review’ on.) Image size 10MP – it’s a Canon A640 camera. Compiled to video using After Effects. 1200 pix at 30fps.

It’s not obvious from the video, but there’s a slow 2x pan into the available resolution during the video. The video is also cropped from the original image.”

    Here’s a more obvious example: http://bostoncoop.net/~mike/fossil/wzltop_clouds_large.mpg

And, um, thanks! Glad you like it. More on archive.org, search for Mike McCabe. Also http://www.archive.org/details/Pacific_Sunset_Large – last year, from nearly the same spot.
