Thought I&#039;d chime in any try to answer your question. You see, though we like dogs at Dogster, it&#039;s not a secret that none of the founders have one. My wife and I finally got the landlord to agree we can have one, but, in the end the average user of Dogster is not all that like me.

Early on I had no idea who would be attracted to Dogster. Fortunately many more people then I ever imagined were interested in it. So I did all I could to know why they enjoyed it and what more they wanted to. 

What I&#039;ve learned is that though it&#039;s helpful to be right in the middle of your community, if you can understand what your community wants, empathize with their concerns and wishes and do everything you can to make their dreams come true, that can be good enough.

In a way I always thought it was better I didn&#039;t have a dog. That way i could put all our member dogs&#039; first, as if I was their uncle and not first among many.

Hopefully I don&#039;t blow once we do get our dog. The SPCA called us back for a second meeting tomorrow. Keep your paws crossed for us!</description>
